- Work with Masconomet Educational Foundation to arrange publicity
- Provide receipts and appropriate documentation for the budget report
- During the project, provide an interim report if requested
- Complete the Grant Follow-Up report regarding how grant money was used and success of the project
All grant requests are reviewed by the appropriate school Principal and Superintendent of Schools prior to submission to the MEF. Once received by the MEF, the board will determine if funds are available and it the grant request fits within the scope of our mission and annual initiatives. Some additional fundraising may be needed before the grant is approved.
After grant has awarded and implemented in the classroom, the MEF requires the recipient of the grant to complete the Grant Reporting form. The form highlights the project’s major accomplishments and activities, key learnings and indicators of progress and any setbacks or challenges faced during the implementation process, and a budget recap.
